| Personal Statement | The focus of my clinical, teaching, and research activities is health psychology with a particular emphasis on HIV/AIDS and adult obesity. The majority of my work is clinical practice in primary care at the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC. Through research, I am hoping to help develop effective psychosocial interventions to improve outcomes in patients diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. I also enjoy teaching the fundamentals of health psychology to graduate level psychology students in classes and through training opportunities. | |
